ASSIST Termly Parking Permit –

Term One Parking Permit (1 September – 31 December 2021 inclusive).

If you have been approved for an ASSIST parking permit for the 2021 - 22 academic year please pay for your ASSIST permit here on a termly basis:

Term One is valid from 1 September – 31 December 2021 inclusive.

Term Two is valid from 1 January 2022 – 6 April 2022 inclusive.

Term Three is valid from 6 April – 31 August 2022 inclusive.

This permit will permit access to Waterside and the Development Hub, plus Scholars Green Student Village IF you reside there – as specified in the application process.

Once you have been approved by the ASSIST team you can pay for your permit here. From receipt of your payment, your vehicle will be registered on the ANPR car park system within 5 WORKING DAYS. You can park on site at any time from this date – please ensure that you do wait 5 working days, unless you receive an email confirmation from us sooner than this. 

As access to most of the University car parks is via Automatic Number Plate Recognition, no physical permit will be issued. However, if you reside at Scholars Green Student Village you will receive a permit to display in your windscreen.

Please do not pay for a permit if you have not been approved by the ASSIST team as restrictions and T&Cs apply and this permit is non-refundable. Please note this permit is not available pro-rata.

Purchasing a non-refundable permit before making your online application and receiving approval will not allow access to the University car parks. Only applications approved by ASSIST will have their vehicle details entered into the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.
