Please note that if you need a key replacement, you may request one or both of the following keys:

• Cupboard Key
• Post key

Once you have made the purchase, you will need to go to the Student Village Reception located at Waterside Campus to request the key(s). Please present the purchase reference code and date to the staff who will provide you with the key(s). Please note that some keys may not be available at the time of your request and may need to be ordered.
