Detailed Description
This payment is for the provision of a digital image for commercial use that you have arranged for from the Searchlight Archive. If you haven’t already arranged for the item, please do not pay on this system, and contact the archivist Dr Daniel Jones at [email protected] before proceeding. The file will be delivered in the manner agreed between yourself and the archivist, and will be at the highest resolution possible within the archive unless otherwise specified, in black and white or in colour depending on preference.
This charge does not include any license or permission for commercial reproduction or use of the item, such a license can be discussed with the archivist and where possible can be provided (though additional charges may apply). This charge is purely for the staff time to digitise and provide the document. Requests can be refused at the discretion of the archivistUnless otherwise agreed between yourself and the archivist, this is a charge per image of a size up to A3. You will be asked to provide the box reference or further detail to help locate the image. Images can be provided in a variety of formats, including an image file such as jpeg or as a PDF.
