Please ensure that you order the correct option for your certificate and/or transcript dependent on the date you received your award. Selecting the wrong option will lead to a delay in the processing of your order as we will be required to cancel and await a new order of the correct option.
If you are unsure of your award date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name at the time of study, student ID number or date of birth and course title and we will be happy to advise.
Please note that students may only hold one copy of their certificate at one time for each award, this includes certificates held in storage or displayed in frames.
Once we have received your order, we should have all the information required to produce your replacement so please complete the form with as much detail as possible. We will only contact you should we require further information or encounter a problem producing the replacement.
Please be advised that our service level agreement for the production of replacement documents is up to 8 working weeks.
