Staff Monthly Parking Pass (Hourly paid, unpaid and seconded University staff only) DescriptionSeptember 2023 Staff that are not on a set salary paid by the University (hourly paid, unpaid, secondments and eligible Unitemps staff) can purchase a discounted monthly parking pass for their required University sites, as they are unable to opt in for deductions from salary. Staff must be verified, please do not purchase a pass until you have been approved. For the new academic year, September 2023, we ask that all existing pass holders please contact us to re-verify so we can ensure your details are up-to-date. For approval, email your name, role, employer and where you need to park to: [email protected] The parking pass covers all parking at the required site(s) for one month – from the 1st until the last day of the month. The pass is virtual and your vehicle details will be added to the Automatic Number Plate Recognition System and you will be marked as ‘prepaid’ to our enforcement company.
