Staff that are not on a set salary paid by the University (hourly paid, unpaid, secondments and eligible Unitemps staff) can purchase a discounted monthly parking pass for their required University sites, as they are unable to opt in for deductions from salary. 

Staff must be verified, please do not purchase a pass until you have been approved. 

For the new academic year, September 2024, we ask that all existing pass holders please contact us to re-verify so we can ensure your details are up-to-date.

The parking pass covers all parking at the required site(s) for one month – from the 1^st until the last day of the month. The pass is virtual and your vehicle details will be added to the Automatic Number Plate Recognition System and you will be marked as ‘prepaid’ to our enforcement company. No physical permit is required. 

The pass covers all parking within the month but does not g

guarantee a parking space, there are no refunds for not being able to park or being off sick/on annual leave.

Approved applications will be marked as authorised on the vehicle white list. (Non-approved vehicles may receive a Penalty Charge Notice, even if a pass is displayed).
