Cost of an ESTA is approx. £30.00. Cost of US visa application £150.00.

Please note: Certain nationalities, the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the proposed stay in the United States. The six-month requirement does not apply to UK passports.

If you are traveling visa free under the Visa Waiver (ESTA) Program and your passport is not valid for 90 days, you will be admitted until the date on which the passport expires.

The field trip to Jonkoping, Sweden takes place from 25^th April to 1^st May 2026. 

The price includes flights, coach transfer in Sweden and bed and breakfast.  Students need to make their own way to and from Heathrow airport and will need to fund own food (apart from breakfast) whilst there

The total cost for this trip is £445.00 which will need paying in full by 25^th April.  A non-refundable £150 deposit is due by Friday 31th October balance due by the 25th April 26

Study Visit to the Venice Biennale,

10th Nov – Friday 13^th Nov 2026.

£590 in three instalments:

£190 by 11^th May (non-refundable deposit)

£200 by 15^th July (second payment)

£200 by 7^th October (final payment)

The Venice Biennale is the oldest and largest biennial of contemporary art in the world, hosted over two main sites – the Arsenale and Giardini (see https://www.labiennale.org/en/art/2026), and is an amazing opportunity to experience a broad cross-section of approaches to contemporary art.

In addition to the Bienniale there are several other high profile contemporary art venues in the city, including the Punta della’Dogana and Palazzo Grassi, plus numerous galleries and museums with modern and historic art collections. 

Finally, Venice is one of the most beautiful and engaging cities in the world, and this time of year is an ideal time to experience its unique character.

Coach transfers from/to campus to airport;

Transfers from/to Venice airport to Cannaregio (short walk to the hotel);
