Monthly parking permit for purchase by approved external partners only.

The parking permit covers all parking at The Development Hub, Cliftonville Road, NN1 5FS for one calendar month – from the 1st until the last day of the month.

The permit is virtual and your vehicle details will be added to the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system and you will be marked as ‘prepaid’ to our enforcement company. No physical permit is required.  

The permit covers all parking within the month but does not guarantee a parking space, there are no refunds for not being able to park or being off sick/on annual leave. 

Users that have purchased a permit but are not from an approved UON external partner will not be added to the ANPR and will receive a postal Penalty Charge Notice if they park on site.
