Detailed Description

This course is designed for supervisors of Low Intensity (LI) practitioners who are preparing to join the supervision course at UON, or who would benefit from a refresher on the current curriculum and interventions.

As a supervisor of LI practitioners, maintaining a strong understanding of the interventions delivered is essential- not only to support fidelity to the model, but also to confidently guide practitioners working with a wide range of presentations. This course offers a focused space to revisit core approaches, strengthen knowledge, and reconnect with best practice.

Blending skills consolidation with reflective discussion, the training provides an opportunity to explore common supervisory challenges, enhance confidence in guiding LI work, and ensure alignment with current expectations. Participants will leave feeling more equipped to support their practitioners with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
