Any WES requests we receive will be processed to WES current requirements.  We currently have an agreement with WES to complete requests electronically. 

Completion of a World Education Services (WES) request covers all of the requirements for WES, including:

• Certified copy of transcript (and certificate if required)
• Completion of WES request form (if required)
• A copy of the verification emailed directly to WES.
• An additional copy emailed to the named student, if requested.

Once you have completed your order, please email scanned copies of your WES Academic Records Request form to verifications@northampton.ac.uk. We will produce an electronic transcript for you as part of the order. (If WES require your certificate, please send a copy of this to us)

Please note that this process will take up to 4 working weeks to complete. The 4 weeks starts from the date we receive all information required to complete the process (scanned documents, payment etc).

Please ensure you order the correct option, depending on the date of your award. The costs are show below:

Awarded between Sept 2005 and end of 2009 - £40

Awarded between Jan 2010 and present day - £30

PLEASE NOTE: Students awarded 22 July 2026 onwards DO NOT need to order a WES verification. You can instead set up a connection with WES via your Award and Verification portal.
