Electronic Transcript - ALL Description**IMPORTANT** We can only provide an electronic transcript to AWARDED students (those students who have received an award letter via email, confirming that they have passed their degree) Only place an order if you have received an award letter. PLEASE NOTE: At this time we can only proved Electronic Transcripts for students awarded up to 31 March 2025. If you were awarded after this date, do not place an order as we will be unable to fulfil it. A transcript lists the titles, grades and credit values of the modules you have studied and successfully completed in each academic year. Once we have received your order an electronic transcript will be sent to you as a pdf attachment as soon as possible. This will be password protected and the password will follow in a second email. We can also send a copy of the electronic transcript to a third party e.g. prospective employer, application for further study etc. If this is required, please complete the third-party contact information section with as much detail as possible. If you need to provide any further information, please contact us at certification@northampton.ac.uk with your order number. Please ensure that you order the correct option for your electronic transcript dependent on the date you received your award. If you are unsure of your award date, please email certification@northampton.ac.uk with your full name at the time of study, student ID number or date of birth and course title and we will be happy to advise.
